Am Mr okafor Stanley chibueze from Nigeria with passport number A09323858, please my Val will expire this month been February,I wasn’t able to submit on time because I was delayed by my country at national drug & law enforcement agency (NDLEA) for four months. Please can another VAL be sent to me???

  I think you have to reapply for new VAL

  Students are advised to enter Malaysia within the validity of both the VAL and SEV.
  In the event that the VAL has expired, student would have to re-apply for a new VAL.
  Kindly refer to your institution for further assistance.
