There is a problem with my health declaration form.
Emgs says i did not declare i am free of all diseases. I am not sure what is going on, i even resubmitted the form stating NO for all the diseases. After resubmitted they closed the case, now again its showing open. Please advise me the right way how i can assist to resolve this hindrance. I urge your kind response.

  If you don’t have the diseases, you actually need to state “YES”. It’s mean you are free from the diseases.

  Hi,
  
  The applicant has to tick in the ‘YES’ box if they are free from the following diseases mentioned in the form. In the event, if the student is diagnosed with any of the conditions, kindly mark in the ‘NO’ box. The student is may state about the disease if they choose no.
