Hello Ali. Since the process is taking longer time than usual, have you conveyed your concerns to your university? They may have access to the immigration department to ask on your behalf.
Yes I have been there since the start of this week they are trying their best they already know the problem that I have they are very well aware and they say it is the top most priority for them to resolve now yesterday and today they have been doing something which I hopeful to result in the immediate release of my stucked passport

We are pleased to inform that the passport with the student pass has been collected by the institution representative on the 12th of February 2020. You may liaise with the institution to obtain the passport.
