Dear EMGS Officer,
I haven’t still received my passport. It’s stuck at 90%. I wonder what else is the matter that’s taking so much time. They have to just pass it over to EMGS and then notify my institution. Please note that I have an important issue at stake. It is not entirely a personal issue, rather it is an academic endeavour (a conference) that is directly related to the course I am doing. The only thing that stands in my way is not receiving my passport. Thank you.

  Congratulations on the issuance of your student pass. We understand the urgency of your request. Be assured, we will notify your institution to collect your passport from us as soon as we receive it from the Immigration Department.
