Thanks Emgs I got the eval yesterday and I download it already my application status now 80% so I have question what I should to do now travel to Malaysia or there any next steps.

  Congratulations on the approval of your VAL. Please visit our website to download the arrival guide to Malaysia.
  
  Libyan students may enter Malaysia with the VAL and will be given ‘Visa On Arrival’. Please contact your institution and inform them about your travel details.
