Yes .. and must be within 7 days of your arrival.
Be aware .. check the list of yellow fever countries. If negiria is on that list that means you have to optain the yellow fever card from negiria before you come and you have to present it to the immegration check point
Moreover, you are no longer required to do medicals in Nigeria, if you do that you just do it on your own. What is required for you is to sign the medical fitness form and do your medicals in Malaysia after arrival. However, you need to get your yellow card
