      They don,t work today because today is public holiday in malaysia

      Kindly take note that today is a Public Holiday in Malaysia.

      Please be informed that we are at the finals stages in preparing your documents to be submitted to Immigration for the approval of your VAL.

      Kindly take note that the approval process takes 7 working days from the day we submit the documents to Immigration, however the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
