Dear EMGS Officer,
My application has been stuck at 15% for a few days, as I received a notification that the course name on my offer letter does not match the course name on the IM14 form. However, my university informed me that they have submitted the corrected document to you. Kindly review my application and please expedite the process, as my classes will be starting in 2 weeks time. Thank you very much

  You can contact or email the EMGs and tell them about your concern and also email your university and make sure you keep them updated. Talking about VAL it will take a minimum of 7 days or a maximum of 14 days.
