Hi EMGS officer
I’ve submitted my health declaration form , so I chose “NO” because i’m free from all the diseases that written in the form, should i correct it to “YES” or leave it as it is .
Because some students say if you are free from diseases you should choose “YES”
Im confused 😅

  You should choose “Yes” so there would be no conflict

  Sorry, how about we choose ‘no’ and we have submitted it ? Can we upload again the health declaration form ?
