I don’t mean to be rude, but what exactly is EMGS photo standard? I sent 3 photos, 2 taken in booths by professionals, but still nothing?
By the way I have already sent the required documents (Official Transcript) to my institution and they had already submitted them on Monday.
An insight on why the photo and transcript I sent are invalid would be of much help.

1.Please be advised that we required correction on your photo because it has scratch mark on your face. Photo is a very important part of an application as it will be used to print your student pass and iKAD. Please take note that your application might get rejected if the photo submitted does not fulfill the requirements. Thus, kindly provide a new photo which fulfills EMGS requirements.
2. The document you have submitted is an academic result. EMGS officers have required for Official Academic Transcript. Kindly provide the required document for us to review. Thank you.

Although the photo I sent didn’t have any scratch mark on my face, I’ll still send a new one.
As for the Offcial Academic Transcript, I’ll have to check with my counselor since, I’m not sure I still understand that.
