Hi EMGS
My e- val is approved but my percentage still 80%. EMGS sent me 3rd notifications to submit passport. I already sent to them a PDF of my passport after second notification, I could not understand if they need a hard copy or soft copy, my course will began on September

  If you are inside Malaysia. Then you can go to the visa office to submit it. If outside Malaysia may be after you come in you can submit it

  The notification is for the submission of your physical passport to EMGS after you enter Malaysia. Kindly liaise with your institution regarding your travel arrangement. Thank you.
