Dear EMGS
I need an additional explanation about what I need to improve on my document applicatian #ME######### Ganjar Primambudi No. Pasport B9929792

1. My photo
I have sent a photo that I previously checked in the EMGS online photo cheker web, and the results are verified and there are no problems. but I got an email that my photo did not meet the requirements. then I resend the repaired photo but still receive the same email

2. My passport. I got an e-mail that there were more than two pages of passports copied on each page requested after I checked there were only two pages on each page no more. then I sent a new passport document via an additional EMGS email which contained two pages of identity. but I still get the same email that my passport does not meet the requirements. please explain further about my document errors

  Kindly provide us the case number for the email you have sent the additional documents for us to look into this matter. Alternatively, you may send the documents to your institution and request them to submit it to us directly. Thank you.
