I am a computer science student from the University of Al Akhawayn (AUI), located in Morocco. I would like to transfer to a Malaysian university and I already have my Visa Approval Letter (VAL) ready for download. What University can I apply to? and is it too late for the September intake?

  No it’s not too late, that intake is open now and it’s better for you to apply now to get enough time for your travel preparations
