Dear EMGS officer,
I have submitted my passport and my wife’s one to IMCC at USM university on 17 June.and we have submitted the personal bond and medical screening. They told me you have to wait between 10 to 15 days of work and your process will be 100% and you will get passports. Three days ago,it was 11 days of work, I opened the emgs site and I found it the same 80%, so I visited IMCC and told the employee what happened? He checked his email and apologised that there was a problem in his email. Till this day nothing changed and my visa will be finished on 10 of july. What is the solution please? I hope you will answer me.
