Hello EMGS
My previous visa no longer valid. When i completed my study i came back to my country February 2019. My previous visa automatically expired. I want to know that now can i apply new visa for my new study or first i need to cancel my previous visa then i can apply otherwise not

  You may apply for new student visa , however you are required to cancel the previous student pass in order to study in Malaysia. Kindly contact your previous institution regarding this matter. Thank you.
