No bro you don’t have to go thro medical in Pak. There’s a form only you have to download it where they will ask you to tick yes or no if you have that particular disease. Hopefully you’re free from such diseases. So, no wastage of money on medical.
BTW, I’m going to UTP, Malaysia this July from Samundri, Pak. Where are you going?

With effect from 1st June 2019, all International Students will no longer be required to undergo the Pre-Arrival Medical Screening when applying for a student pass application. However they are required to submit a “Health Declaration Form” for their VAL. Kindly refer to the link below to download the form:
