Dear EMGS, I had captured my image multiple times by going to different professional photographers but every time when I verify my image on your online verification tool, it always gives me a single error “Photo Colors: The photo does not show skin colors accurately – There are shiny spots on the face.”
please help me in this regard.

  You may send the photo which fulfills EMGS requirements to us. We will check the photo and proceed if there is no correction needed.
