Hello Asfar Hussain Khan,
Effective from 1st Of June 2019, all International Student will no longer be required to undergo Pre-VAL medical screening when applying for a student pass application to study in Malaysia. However, all International student will now be required to submit a “Health Declaration Form” for their VAL Application. Kindly refer to link below to download the form:
