Hi everyone, my VAL progress is 15% and showing yellow color bcs they didn’t get the medical report from my institute. Now pls guide me, do I have to send the medical report that I got from laboratory or the EMGS form filled by my doctor?
BTW, so far I have sent this report via my institute that I got from my laboratory.
