My name is Sheikh Md Hanif Hossain. Passport no BT0032211
I have submitted my passport for visa renewal. Today I get notification stating that the photo I have provided is not acceptable due to it’s background. I have double checked with the photo studio and myself, where I have found that the background is completely white. (#ffffff)
I am attaching my picture and the screenshot of the notification I received from emgs. Kindly have a look into it and clarify any issues if exist in my photo.
