Hello EMGS, I have applied for PhD in UTM after I finished my master here. I already shortened my visa and my status 30%. My previous university just submited me my passport only today😭 and my shorten pass will be expired in 09th of May. Do you think I can get my VAL this week to request special pass from my university. UTM will not give special pass till get the VAL.
