Hi emgs, I m from Indonesia and want to apply for PhD at UKM. I already got my SEV now. But then I decided to postpone my study due to the scholarship process which takes time, I will make registration in UKM next semester, which is probably on september this year. Should I make another SEV again? Since the SEV only valid for 3 months. Or I should make registration before the SEV expired ?
