Hello EMGS
My passport no is Z4966220.
I received a notification from EMGS regarding my Dependent Pass supporting documents that the bank statement submitted is showing no currency type of the money on the account. Regarding this issue, I went to my bank. They said that this is Malaysia Bank (CIMB) and the money deposited in the account is in form of Malaysian Currency only which is Malaysian Ringgit (RM). They told me to ask EMGS to call bank directly to confirm this issue.
Visa unit of my institution is also saying that they will tell EMGS for this.
I request EMGS to resolve this query ASAP and process my dependent pass application further.
