Dear EMGS Officer,

Hope you are doing well.

I just want to know when will you start with my visa because every time I check my application status it says that no record is found, i paid for the Visa application and gave all my documents to the University (UCSI) about a month ago but i still don’t see any progress, I know that it takes time but I must be in Malaysia on the 2nd of May 2019 because my courses in the University starts on the 6th of May 2019.
