Dear EMGS officer, I was supposed to come to UTM for PhD in February 2019 & applied for VAL in November as well. However, due to my family problems I refused to come & sent an application to UTM to cancel my studentship & to EMGS to cancel my E-val which was approved on 28.11.2018. In the emgs my application status shows 100% – yellow. How can I check it whether it is cancelled or not? Please help me as I am going to apply for September session. I am from Bangladesh & my passport is bx0298465. Thank you.
