Dear EMGS

I am Adam Ali, i am processing cancellation and Refunding fee right now because that application has closed I am guided by AMU Marketing staff, Mr Pugal. I sent confirmation docs to do refunding fee process (it can be seen on attachment).
He told me to wait, but after 2 months i don’t get any responses. Please, kindly let me know when i can get my refund exactly.
I don’t get statisfactory answers about this. Thank you.
