Relax, I’ve been stuck on 35% for 10 days as well. These things take time.
10 days? do you also calculate the holiday?
Nope, @risma. Honestly I do not know when EMGS is closed due to holidays or when they’re open. I’m just saying that it has been 10 days for me; I’ve progressed to 35% on the 30th of Jan. I’m new to this but I’ve got friends who’ve been guiding me, apparently for them it took 2-3 weeks so ‘m not too worried just yet.
Hopefully we will get on Monday. Try to relax and stay away from the app and check on Monday 😂

Oh my god relax dude. There are few days of public holidays. The approval takes 7 to 10 working days. Also every applications is processed differently u cannot expect to be the same progress although other people submitted earlier or latest than u. Just chill.

Hey, @JuliaChang! I’ve seen you frequent this platform. You seem to be knowing a lot about the whole process. I just wanted to ask which days constitute as working days; I have no clue.
Hello working days is from Monday to friday. But if any public holidays falls between that then it consider holiday so they dont work at that day. Like Friday last week was PH and Chinese new year Tuesday and Wednesday this week is holiday.
