Hello there, I applied for the EMGS through taylor’s university after they accepted me for the march 27th intake. I sent my university the EMGS fees and all the documents about a week ago but yesterday when i checked with the app it would show the loading icon and then nothing else at all. I tried checking through the education Malaysia website and it keeps showing ”no record found”. I’m not sure what my next step should be and i’m quite worried that I won’t have enough time to finish EMGS and visa processing in time for my intake. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

  You institution didn’t create your student record in emgs yet. Contact your institution. And there is more than enough time for you val to be approved so don’t worry. After the payment is made by your institution to EMGS, it will take 14 working days for your approval, if additional documents are not required.

      You could contact your counselor the one who recruited you
