In my EMGS app and tracking, it’s showing that my Reapplication has been cancelled.

The status is showing 100% which was my first application in the year 2017. I submitted again my reapplication for my student visa in 24.01.2019 but in the app it’s showing that in 25.01.2019, my reapplication has been cancelled.
Kindly let me know what the actual matter is.
