Good morning!
I have downloaded my VAL . Do i still need to wait for it to be sent me via DHL ti my Country ( Nigeria) before going for SEV? . Because a friend told me that the VAL has to be stamped and sent to me before i can go for SEV.

Please i need clearification on this

  U need to get shtamped your Val in your embassy , plus get your SEV
