Hi emgs officer, i want to change my university , i have student pass valid till 31 august 2019, i also received an offer letter from my new institution so can i submit VAL application for that or i have to cancel my student pass 1st ?
Cancel yr current student pass from yr old uni first. And obtain a release letter from yr previous uni.
when he cancel his current student pass Should he go back his home country or not during of new val process
