My application is at 35% now at the immigration department for approval under 7 working day & my SP will expire on 12th, so I want to know how possible it is for me to get visa because that’s my 3rd SP which is arrangement to leave the country

  I think you’ll have to leave the country before 12th should in case your val is not out by then. So you have to be ready for that. And take note that the immigration might ask for your exit stamp. The best thing you have to do now is to be ready to leave the country on or before 12th and then apply for SEV and return back.
