Hi
I am going for phd in utp and applied for eval and submitted my application on 6th December and my application is stuck on 5 percent kindly help me is it the normal process for utp or is there anything wrong with my application.
It is stuck on pending approval by institution.

    I hv contacted woth them..and got the following answer
    
    Dear Mr Rao Faizan,
    
    Our office is in the midst checking and processing your VAL application.
    
    Updates shall be informed accordingly.
