Depends upon university
I’m talking about University Malaya
I m not from UM. But suggest u to ask uni official via e mail to send ur additional docs to EMGS at earliest

I sent them to both university and EMGS on 14 November.
I did email the university on 20 November and thrice after that but I’ve not received any answer to any of them.
Thank you for your assistance.
I did contact my institution and they have submitted the documents on 13 December.
