I mailed to UKM, UTM & USM asking on when to start with the application for February intake.Their reply was to start it in October.My question is if I m ready with all my documents then can I start applying to Universities before time (meaning in September)?

  dont know why r u worried bro.if the uni itself is telling u to start the process in october then u should listen to them.if u want to start early then u should ask them about that…

    Actually I have some other issues to fix, so if I can complete the application process till the end of September then it will be good

      follow what ur uni is telling u. if it is must that u have to start ur process in september then u should consult with ur uni and tell them about your issues
