Hello everyone.
i applied for VAL at 17, and get a mail for acknowledgement of receipt from visa unit.
still in web showing application status : Pending Payment by Institution and percentage is 5%.
but in the apps showing it is approved and percentage is 7%.
can anyone tell me which is correct?

  It takes time for the systems to be updated so just wait few working days and u check again on the web. It should be same with the app.
