I want to share my experience with visa renewal.
My cgpa was 1.7 due to my health issues and I had a surgery too.
So when I submitted my documents to the visa processing unit I asked them like 100 times that what is the chances of getting the visa. And every time they told me normally when a student has low cgpa 1.5-1.9 the emgs give them warning visa for 4-6 months. So they insure me I’ll get minimum 6 months visa or 1 year as I have submitted all my medical documents. Everything was going smoothly but at 90% the immigration rejected my visa renewal.
And when I went to the visa processing unit they just said sorry and they can’t do anything and asked me to leave the country .
I wanna add one more thing that I saw a lot of students whose cgpa is low and they didn’t submit proper supporting documents but still got the visa.
Now my question is,
Is it my fault that I was sick and had to go through a surgery and for this reason I missed exam and cgpa was low.
Why don’t you guys mention that A student must sit for exams even if they are dying? Otherwise they won’t get the visa.
And their is no way to ask justice. Thank you for the experience. 🙂
