What happened now ? Because I have same situation. I want to clarify about that. When your application stuck on 35% yellow, what is the notification said? Because my application is on hold but they don’t write the reason. I called my University and they told me that because Immigration require confimation about SEV BUT still my university did not receive an Email from Immigration.
