I will obtain sev at Jakarta on next monday, but can my friend pick it up when it finished?

  you can’t fly without it, but if you mean pick it on behalf of you I think you need to ask your Embassy about this

  I got my dad picked up my SEV but not sure about friends. Perhaps u should make a signed letter on behalf of ur friends to get yr passport.
