Hi! My visa renewal and appeal got rejected since I had attendance a bit below 80% and I failed few subjects last year. However I used to have health issues and recently I have consulted a specialist in Malaysia and I am under proper medication. Now I believe that I can show a better performance in attendance and result wise. Is it possible for me to get a student visa as a new student in the same college after explaining my health condition and doctors report and proving that now I am under proper medication?
