Did asked ur university? The reason
Yes , If you know (Ask your uni) the Rejection Reason and it’s something solvable then Your visa processing could start again; Major reasons include Lack of some important documents in the application , some docs may have some issues
in such these cases your have a chance to appeal after your submit missing docs ; and the appleal is made by the university on your behalf.
But if the Reason is ‘ DOCUMENT NOT SUPPPORTED’ which means that Your Cerificate or Transcript is Doubtfull ; you have no right to appeal.
