For those who are curious about the process.. currently it’s yellow 80%.
I have just received my VAL today from tbe institution.. now to complete the last 20%, I had to get a single entry visa from the Malaysian embassy, then travel..after the I deliver my passport and do my medical check up… and It will be 100% which means my visa has been received!
