It could be that your institute is still organizing your documents for application submission
Thanks its been a week i applied
That’s odd, try checking the tracker on their website through a browser and not the app.. if still nothing email emgs and ask them.. it should show

So far they have been very supportive and helpful let’s see when will they approve my application
As as I know , Actually, there are two parrell processes, first, direct apply through EMGS portal and second one is Universiti applies on your behalf so if your case is latter one, you should have to wait till they keyed in your application in EMGS portal.
Yes,it happens, your institute may late the process by their own,they have to approve your application and pay the fee then emgs starts your process.
Don’t worry, it’s normal. I wait for two weeks.
