@eman Please can you give me your advice on this Problem : My Val rejected and the Rejection letter they stated that THIS NAME CAN’T STUDY IN MALAYSIA at ALL ?
Does this Usually Happen? How Someones name could be BLACK LISTED ? is it problem with Passport or someone With that name already done criminal activities in Malaysia ? i’ve never been in malaysia so what i can do? do any appeals help.

I’ve never heard of such a case, am Sorry about that .
Maybe you should call your university first thing on Monday for advice.
The only explanation as you said, is that someone with a similar name has been blacklisted at the immigration.
