Everyone will get the same remark.
Inorder to know what does the percentage means in your application, you have to track your application in google by keying in your passport number and nationality.
EMGS will show only the percentage and history but this google browser with shows the option to view what does the percebtage means .

Hi @Nadia Sohail, 35% means that your visa application is submitted to the immigration department of Malaysia for Approval.
