Hi i will recieve the val on 24th through courier, what should i do then ? The university registration date is on 25th of September, will the sev be issues before that ? How should i proceed further please help me .
U mean 25/9 or 25/8? Sev is up to ur Malaysia embassy in ur country. Maybe 5-6 working days
