why will the university send original val by courier if they have already sent copy of it through email?

  Embassies in some countries require original VAL to process. That’s why.

    I got my sev using val copy. . the embassy still didn’t receive the original val yet, so that means I can fly to malaysia or I have to wait for the original val ?

    there isn’t embassy in my country and still my university want to courier my original VAL. Can’t I just get it there in Malaysia??

      VAL is then what you need so wait for it to arrive
