I applied for Visa Approval Letter through EMGS online. But I did not find any option to upload my “Declaration of Health Status” Can any one inform how I can edit to upload it.
If u had the medical tests at a panel clinic recognized by EMGS u don’t have to upload anything
Medical Tests will be carried by Public University Clinic (UTM) upon registration. But UTM was asked to submit/upload it during online application.
I upload that declaration on “pre medical examination” section
Is it possible to upload now?
Do it at a registered clinic. They will upload it for you. U have to upload the application yourself, if you do it at a non registered clinic.
Do that as fast as possible, but if you not sure, you can try ask emgs or your uni

I uploaded mine along with the pre-medical form all in one PDF file. Hopefully it will work
Pre medical form definitely works cs now my application at 80% and 20% more gonna be done when we’re on uni
