My self Danish (from India) & I want to apply for postgraduation (Masters) in Structural engineering.Someone please let me know when should I start with the application process for February intake?
And how much time the university will take to send me an offer letter after I submit my application ?
Do I have to courier my application form along with the supporting documents in hard formet ,If I am applying online ?

    I received a mail from UTM & UKM as I should start applying in October,so should I wait till Oct or what?
    Do Malaysian Universities require SOP(Statement of purpose) & LOR(letter of recommendation)?

      You should apply for VAL two months from your intake and you can only apply after you have had your offer letter from a university.
