Hello! My application is on 15% and I was asked to deliver new confirmation and offer letters. When I send those via email I got this message from emgs:
Kindly be informed that we had transferred your application for the Visa Approval Letter (VAL) into the EMGS system on the 26th of July 2017 upon receiving an approval from the institution. As such, we will only be able to accept the submission of additional documents from the institution to resume processing your application. We advise you to forward the required documents to the institution for further action. We will resume processing your VAL application upon receiving complete documents from the institution.
I don’t quite understand where I should send those documents. What should I do now?
